Robot hiring radar

Who hires the people who train robots, read off their own job boards.

Every robot-training job that 107 employers have posted on their own boards since 12 Sep 2026: teleoperators, data collectors, safety drivers, drone crews and fleet technicians, with the pay each posting states, where it is open, the day it went up and the day it came down. 1,197 roles so far, read every day, delivered to your team as files.

$25,000 a year for every file below, rebuilt each day.

Who it is for

See robot hiring move before it reaches an earnings call

Investors in listed robotics, AV and robot-data companies

The frontline hiring of the listed companies whose own boards we read, among them Amazon (Prime Air and Zoox), Alphabet (Waymo and Wing), Serve Robotics, Aurora, Kodiak, Symbotic, DoorDash, Nebius (Avride), Ford (Latitude AI), Daimler Truck (Torc), Appen, Innodata and TELUS: how many operators, safety drivers and data collectors each one is adding, in which cities, at what posted pay, and how long the jobs stay up.

Private-market investors in humanoid and robot-data companies

Figure, 1X, Apptronik, Agility, Physical Intelligence, Skild AI, Dyna and the companies that sell robot data, such as Claru, micro1 and Alignerr: whether each is staffing up its teleoperation and data collection, for which kind of work, where, and at what hourly rate, from its own board.

Strategy teams at robot makers and AV and drone operators

Who is hiring teleoperators, demonstration collectors, safety drivers, drone flight crews and fleet technicians, in which cities and countries and at what posted rate, counted the same way on every employer's board: the labour market your own hiring plan competes in.

Robot-data vendors and staffing firms

Which robot makers and fleets are bringing data collection, teleoperation and annotation in house, where those jobs are and what they pay: the demand you sell into, and the rates your bids are judged against.

Listed companies in the role files today, each with its exchange and ticker in platforms.csv: Amazon Prime Air (79 roles), Avride (65 roles), Serve Robotics (22 roles), Aurora Innovation (18 roles), Symbotic (14 roles), DoorDash Labs (11 roles), Kodiak AI (11 roles), Waymo (11 roles), Appen (9 roles), Latitude AI (6 roles), Torc Robotics (5 roles), Zoox (3 roles), ALTEN Technology USA (2 roles), Flexdrive (Lyft) (1 role), Innodata (1 role), TELUS Digital AI Community (1 role) and Wing (1 role).

What you receive

One subscription, every file

$25,000 a year for your firm: each file below, rebuilt every day, at links that stay yours for the year.

  1. Role records

    roles.csv

A row for every robot-training job we have recorded since our first read, still up or taken down: the employer, its own posting id, the title, the kind of robot work, the employer's own department or team, the posted pay as written and as an hourly range, the location, remote or on site, which countries can apply, the kind of contract, the employer's posting date, the first and the latest read that saw it, and whether it is still up. Rebuilt in full every day.

    1,197 rows today

  2. Change log

    changes.csv

Each change our daily read sees on a role, stamped with the time of that read: it came down, it went back up, its posted pay moved (before and after, as written and as an hourly range) or only the wording of its pay line did, its title was reworded.

  3. Employer by day

    platform-days.csv

For each employer, on every day since our first read of its board: the jobs up, the jobs added, the jobs taken down, the jobs that went back up, and the median posted hourly pay of the jobs up that day. An employer's first week is marked, because its jobs were already up when we started reading it.

    3,142 rows today

  4. Market by day, as recorded

    market-days.csv

The whole market as we wrote it down on the day: jobs up, jobs added in the week, employers hiring, how many are remote, open in the US only or open in any country, and for each kind of robot work its jobs up and its posted pay with the number of rates behind it.

    384 rows today

  5. Coverage by employer

    platforms.csv

For each employer: the day we first read its board, the roles we hold, how many are up now, its listed parent where there is one, and how often each field is filled in.

    107 rows today

  6. Data dictionary and method

    dictionary.csv

Every column of every file: what it holds, how it is measured, how many rows carry it and from which day.

    73 rows today

  • CSV files, or JSON when ?format=json is added, at links that stay yours for the year: open them in a spreadsheet, or let your code fetch them every morning.
  • Each file is rebuilt every day from our latest daily read of the employers' boards, and says when it was built.
  • For the one firm that subscribes, to use inside that firm for twelve months: never resold, passed on or published beyond it. The terms in full: Robot hiring radar licence.
  • Where the data comes from, what it never contains (personal data, non-public information), how far back it goes and how it is kept: due diligence.

Method

How it is measured

  • Once a day we read each employer's own public job board: its applicant tracking system's feed, or the job list on its own site. The day each employer's first read happened is in the coverage table.
  • A role is in the role files only when we read it from a job board that anyone can open with no account and no automated check to get past. An employer we can read only some other way stays on our public job board and in the market's daily totals as they were recorded, and never appears role by role. Tesla: Its careers site turns away every reader that is not a full web browser, so we read it with one. That is why the jobs up on our board, 1,196 today, are more than the role files hold up: the board also lists 171 at Tesla.
  • A row is one role. An employer that posts one job once per city or reposts it at the same pay is kept as one role, with all of its places.
  • Pay is the posting's own pay line, kept word for word. Hourly rates and ranges are also read into USD figures; salaries and pay per task stay as written.
  • An employer's roles in its first week with us were already up when we started reading its board, so they are never counted as newly opened (the first_week column of the employer-by-day file).
  • A role comes down on the first daily read that no longer lists it; last_seen_at is the last read that did.
  • Until the change log began, a role kept only its latest state: its pay before a change, and the days a role that came back was away, were not kept. From then on the change log holds every one of them.
  • When we change which postings of a board count as robot-training work (a new rule, or a board read in full instead of in part), roles can enter or leave our records on that day. Those days are not marked apart in the files yet, so a jump in one employer's new or closed roles on a single day is worth checking against its roles.
  • Rebuilt from our role records, the count of jobs up matches the count recorded on the day within a median 0.2% over 48 recorded days. The widest gap, 1.1%, was on 13 Oct 2026. Where the two differ, it is roles counted that day that are no longer in our records, or roles taken down later whose board went unread that morning; the market-by-day file puts both counts side by side for every day.
  • The kinds of work are our own classification, applied the same way to every employer: Robot Teleoperation, Data & Demonstration Collection, Egocentric & Wearable Capture, Embodied-AI Data Annotation, Robot Task Evaluation & QA, Robot Fleet Operations, AV & Drone Operators.
