For robotics employers

Reach people as they choose where to train robots.

RobotTraining.jobs compares 109 robot training employers and programs on pay, requirements and legitimacy, and people apply on the employers' own sites. Start with a free tracked pilot, then pay only for the people you onboard.

Who applies

What people chose to apply for

The mix of work people apply for is unavailable right now.

The pilot

How it works

  1. Tell us what you are short of

The roles, cities or countries you need filled (operators, data collectors, annotators), and the source field your applicant-tracking system reads.

  2. We tag and feature your roles

Every link we send you carries your source code. Your hardest roles go on the matching role and country pages and in job alerts, labeled as featured.

  3. You judge it in your own system

Your dashboard shows how many of our applicants applied and qualified. Continue on results, or stop. The pilot costs nothing.

Pricing

Paid on results, or a flat fee to feature

Pay only for results your own system shows, or feature a role for a flat fee.

Free tracked pilot

Free

Your source code on every link we send you, so you can check our numbers in your own system first.

Tracked referrals

Per onboarded person

You pay only for people who pass your vetting and onboard, at or below the referral bonus you already pay your operators or contributors.

Hard-to-fill roles

Per qualified applicant

A specific city, country, shift or qualification (a driving record, a phone model, VR experience), featured where the right people look. Priced at your usual referral rate.

Featured roles

$99 per role for 30 days

Your role boosted in the matching results on our role and country pages for 30 days, labeled as featured. A spot in the weekly job-alert email is priced per send. Pay figures never change.

Pre-vetted candidates

Per candidate you accept

Send us a role's requirements. We match our candidate pool against them and introduce only people who meet them and said yes to your role. Your own checks still decide.

Ground rules

What never changes

Job seekers trust this site because of these rules, and that trust is what makes the people we send worth having.

  • Every legitimate employer is listed, whether it pays us or not.
  • Pay figures are never for sale. Pay tables and pay sorts rank by pay alone.
  • Referral relationships are always disclosed where they affect what job seekers see.
  • We never sell applicant data. A candidate's details reach you only after they asked us to introduce them for your role.

How partner status affects what job seekers see is published in our methodology.

Questions

What companies ask us

Where do your visitors come from?
They find us through Google and AI assistants such as ChatGPT, or come back directly, while looking for robot training work. Nobody is paid or rewarded to apply.
We already have more applicants than we can review.
Then this is not about volume. You pay only for people who onboard, and we put a specific role, city or shift in front of the people it needs.
Do you screen candidates?
For a role you name, yes. We match people in our candidate pool against its requirements (country, city, hours, equipment, experience), ask each of them, and introduce only those who meet them and say yes. Your own assessment, ID checks, contracts and pay stay with you.
Can we pause or stop?
Yes, any role, at any time. Nothing is owed for a paused role.
We already pay you through our referral program.
Then ask about a direct partnership: priority placement for your hardest roles, and tracking agreed with you so it keeps working when your job board changes.

Tell us the roles, cities or shifts you are short of in a short chat, or by email. We reply with where we would feature them and the tracking we would use.
