Referral program
Refer people you know to robot training jobs, and earn when they start
Plenty of people could film their chores, operate a robot remotely or test-drive a self-driving car. Share a job from RobotTraining.jobs with someone who suits it, using your own referral link, and you earn the amount that job shows once they are accepted and begin paid work. Post about robot training work online? Your followers can use the same link.

How it works
Three steps
Get your link
Sign up free and your personal link, robottraining.jobs/c/k7f2q9, is live right away. Its six-character code is drawn at random and belongs to you alone.
Pass a job to the right person
Your referral page suggests open jobs that suit people you know, shows what each would earn you, and sends one from your own phone or email in a single tap. Any job on the site can also go out through its Share button, which adds your link for you.
Get paid when they start
Once a person you referred is accepted and begins paid work, the amount shown on that job is yours. Payouts go out every month by PayPal or Wise.
Your earnings
How your earnings add up
Every person you refer who gets hired and begins paid work earns you money, and nobody else does: your pay tracks real hires, not clicks or sign-ups.
Your referral page shows, on every job, what one person you refer to it earns you. Where a job shows no amount, its own referral terms set it, and it appears in your account when the person begins paid work. Every referral is confirmed before we pay it.
Anyone who follows your link and, no more than 400 days later, applies to an employer's job through us for the first time while signed in to a free account here (or creates one straight after). They count once for each employer they apply to this way. Your own account does not count, nor does a person an employer already received through us. When someone opens another member's referral link before applying, the most recent link takes the credit, and a credit, once given for an employer, stays with that member.
- Amount shown on the job
- $100
- A friend you sent it to applies
- Through your link
- Accepted and working: you receive
- $100
- A person who applies but never begins work
- $0
This shows how the rule works. It is not a forecast or a promise.
The terms
Plain and short
- Your link
- robottraining.jobs/c/k7f2q9 carries your code. So does any page of RobotTraining.jobs with ?ref= and your code added, such as robottraining.jobs/remote-robot-training-jobs?ref=k7f2q9. The Share button on each job builds that link for you.
- Who counts
- Anyone who follows your link and, no more than 400 days later, applies to an employer's job through us for the first time while signed in to a free account here (or creates one straight after). They count once for each employer they apply to this way. Your own account does not count, nor does a person an employer already received through us. When someone opens another member's referral link before applying, the most recent link takes the credit, and a credit, once given for an employer, stays with that member.
- What you earn
- Your referral page shows, on every job, what one person you refer to it earns you. Where a job shows no amount, its own referral terms set it, and it appears in your account when the person begins paid work. Every referral is confirmed before we pay it. Every person you refer who gets hired and begins paid work earns you money, and nobody else does: your pay tracks real hires, not clicks or sign-ups.
- When you are paid
- Once a month, by PayPal or Wise, for everything you are owed. Confirming a referral takes a few weeks after the person begins paid work, so your money comes in as each one is confirmed.
- What you can see
- Your account shows your link, jobs that suit people you know, how many people applied through you at each employer, how many of them began paid work, and what you have earned, been paid and are still owed.
- Cost
- Joining is free.
- Fair play
- Offering people money or rewards to open your link or apply, or sending fake visits or accounts, is against the rules and ends your place in the program.
- No income promises
- Your earnings depend on how many people you refer get hired and begin paid work. Each amount is what that job pays for a referral today, and jobs change, so no amount is guaranteed.
Payouts run monthly, with no minimum balance.
Questions
Common questions
Who can join?
Anyone with a free account. That includes a person who knows someone suited to this work, a creator who posts about getting paid to teach robots, and an organisation with an audience of its own, such as a drone school, a robotics club, a college program, a newsletter or a job board. Joining costs nothing and needs no approval.
Can a school, club or publisher join?
Yes. One free account gives an organisation one link to use everywhere: a members page, a newsletter, or our jobs widget on its own site, set to one type of work, one country or drone jobs only. For each person it sends who is accepted and begins paid work, it earns the amount that job shows, paid monthly. Clicks and sign-ups earn nothing, and there is no minimum and no exclusivity.
Do I need to post content online?
Not at all. Most people simply pass a job to a friend or a relative they think would suit it. Creators with followers use the same link under the same rule.
Can I share a single job?
Yes. Your referral page can send any job it lists, and each job on the site has a Share button. Whoever opens that link lands on the job, and anything they apply to over the next 400 days is credited to you, unless they open someone else's referral link later.
Why does it pay only for people who start work?
Every person you refer who gets hired and begins paid work earns you money, and nobody else does: your pay tracks real hires, not clicks or sign-ups. Visits, clicks and sign-ups cost nothing to fake; real paid work cannot be faked that way. So you earn from the people who actually do the work, and no one is paid from fees someone else brought in.
Why must the people I refer have an account?
Their account is how a referral is traced back to you. An employer's referral report names the person who began paid work, and that person's account with us holds the link they arrived through. Everyone who applies through the site is asked to keep their applications in a free account, and an application made a moment before signing up still counts.
Will you get in touch with the people I refer?
No. Only you send your link, and only to people you know. We never write to anyone because you referred them.
Could someone else get my code?
No. Each code is picked at random from roughly 887 million combinations, and the database rejects any code already in use and picks again, so no two people ever share one.
When do I get paid?
Once a month, by PayPal or Wise, for everything you are owed. Confirming a referral takes a few weeks after the person begins paid work, so your money comes in as each one is confirmed.
How much can I earn?
Your earnings depend on how many people you refer get hired and begin paid work. Each amount is what that job pays for a referral today, and jobs change, so no amount is guaranteed.
Do I need to disclose that it is a referral link?
Yes. Let the people you send it to know it is your referral link, and tell any audience that you earn from it. In the US the FTC requires that disclosure for links that pay you, and so do many referral programs.
