Terms of Service
Last revised: 2026
1. Agreeing to These Terms
You and O-mega Enterprise, Inc., operator of RobotTraining.jobs ("RobotTraining.jobs", "we", "us", or "our") are bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). They set the rules for how you access and use our websites, applications, content, and related services (together, the "Service").
You accept these Terms when you access or use the Service, when you click to accept them where we offer that option, or when you show your agreement in any other way. In doing so, you confirm that you have read and understood them and agree to be bound by them, along with any additional terms, guidelines, or policies they refer to, our Privacy Policy included. Anyone who does not agree must stay off the Service and not use it.
When you act for a company or other organization in using the Service, you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms, and "you" then means that organization.
2. Eligibility and Minimum Age
To use the Service, you must be able to enter into a legally binding contract with us, and you must follow these Terms and every law that applies to you.
We do not aim the Service at young children. You must be at least the age at which your country lets you consent to the processing of your own personal data, or the age of majority there if that is higher. If the law where you live says a person under a certain age needs a parent's or guardian's consent, get that consent before you use the Service. Should we learn that we collected a child's personal data without the consent the law requires, we will take appropriate steps to deal with it.
Your use of the Service is your statement that you meet these requirements and that no applicable law prohibits you from using it.
3. What the Service Is
RobotTraining.jobs makes the Service available as is and as available. Its features, content, and functions can differ depending on how and from where you reach it, and they can change over time. Automated and AI-assisted tools may run, curate, or generate all or part of the Service.
The Service is always being worked on. At any time, with or without notice, we may add to it, change it, or suspend or end all or part of it. We make no promise that a given feature or piece of content will stay available.
We cannot guarantee that the Service will run without interruption, on time, securely, or free of errors, or that you will always be able to reach it. We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep it up, but things outside our control can affect access. Where appropriate, we may set reasonable limits on use or restrict access to some or all of the Service.
4. Your Account
You may need an account to use certain features. The points below apply if you create an account.
- You will give us information that is accurate and complete, and you will update it when it changes.
- Keeping your login details safe is your responsibility, and so is everything done through your account, whether you authorized it or not.
- If you learn of unauthorized use of your account, or of any other security breach, you will tell us promptly. Get in touch with us whenever you need to.
- Where we reasonably believe it is needed, for example to protect the Service or its other users or to follow applicable law, we may refuse, suspend, or cancel an account or take back a username.
Your match profile. A free profile starts from your LinkedIn profile link, your CV, or a short description of your work. Any LinkedIn profile or CV you give us must be your own, and you confirm that it is. You agree that our data provider reads the public information on that LinkedIn profile for us (your headline, work history, education, skills, and languages, for example), or that an AI model reads your CV, that we store that information with your account, and that we use it, along with an AI model's reading of it, to rank open roles for you, to check if you qualify for a role, and to send you matching roles by email, as our Privacy Policy explains. From a CV we store what it says, never the file. Your details go to a company only for a specific role or project you have said yes to. In your account you can update or delete your match profile and stop the emails whenever you like.
You can close your account whenever you choose. After it is closed, we may keep some information, as set out in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
5. Rules for Using the Service
You will use the Service only for lawful purposes, and never in a way that infringes anyone else's rights or restricts or inhibits their use of the Service. Without limiting that commitment, you agree that you will not:
- break any applicable law or regulation, or violate any third party's rights (intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights included), through your use of the Service;
- upload, post, or send anything deceptive, defamatory, harassing, harmful, obscene, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable;
- try to get unauthorized access to the Service, to another user's account, or to any system or network connected to the Service;
- disrupt or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure, or put an unreasonable load on them, whether by malware, denial-of-service activity, or similar means;
- reach the Service or collect data from it with bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means, unless we or applicable law expressly allow it;
- decompile or reverse engineer any part of the Service, or try to work out its source code, except where applicable law forbids this restriction;
- give a false picture of your identity or affiliation, or send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or other messages through the Service; or
- build a competing product with the Service, or use it for any other purpose we reasonably prohibit.
If we reasonably judge that someone has broken this section, we may investigate and act as appropriate, for example by removing content, restricting access, or, where appropriate, reporting the activity to the authorities.
6. Price and Funding
Using RobotTraining.jobs costs nothing. Browsing open roles, comparing pay, and every other part of the Service are free of charge. We have no subscription and no paid tier, and all of the pay data is free to view.
Our income has two sources:
- Referral fees. Some of the platforms listed on the Service have referral arrangements with us. Certain outbound links are referral links: if one of them leads you to sign up with a platform, we may receive a commission, and you pay nothing extra. A referral never changes what a platform pays you, and whether we have one is just one of the signals we use to rank and present platforms.
- Paid data projects. We also run paid data projects for companies building robots and AI (reviewing or labeling robot video, or writing task instructions in a field, for example), staffed by professionals who chose to join our expert bench. The company pays us for the work, and we pay the people who do it. None of this affects how roles, platforms, or pay figures are ranked or shown: a company we work for, or might work for, is not lifted in any list, and its pay figures are compiled exactly like every other platform's. Some companies whose roles we list may be, or become, clients of these projects, and some of the platforms we list run projects like these themselves.
Beyond that:
- We sell you nothing, charge no subscription, and never hold your payment card details.
- Whatever pay a platform offers for one of its roles comes to you from that platform, on its own terms, and not from us. Pay for a project with us comes from us, under our Expert Terms and that project's own written terms.
- Should we add a paid feature one day, you would see its price and terms clearly before deciding to use it. Today, no part of the Service is paid.
Project work with us falls under our Expert Terms, which you accept on joining the bench, and under each project’s own written terms, shown to you before you accept that project.
7. Ownership and Intellectual Property
RobotTraining.jobs or its licensors own the Service and all related intellectual property rights, including the software, design, text, graphics, and other content we supply, and applicable laws protect them. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.
As long as you comply with these Terms, we give you a revocable, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal purposes or for the internal purposes of your business. Unless these Terms or applicable law expressly allow it, you may not copy, change, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, make derivative works from it, or remove any proprietary notice.
Trademarks, logos, and other brand features shown on the Service belong to their respective owners, and you need permission to use them.
Feedback or suggestions you send us about the Service may be used by us freely, with no restriction and no obligation to you, and you agree to this.
8. Content You Submit and Our License to It
Parts of the Service may let you submit, upload, or share material such as text, images, files, or other content ("Your Content"). This section covers those cases, wherever the Service lets you submit content.
Between you and RobotTraining.jobs, every ownership right you hold in Your Content stays with you. We claim no ownership of it.
So that we can run and improve the Service, you give RobotTraining.jobs a license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display Your Content. The license is worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable, and we use it only as far as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and promote the Service, within your settings and applicable law. It ends once Your Content is removed from the Service, except for content already shared with others who have not removed it, and except where applicable law requires us to keep it.
You represent that you hold the rights needed to submit Your Content and grant this license, and that Your Content breaks neither these Terms nor any third party's rights.
We have no duty to monitor Your Content. We may still review, remove, or restrict any content that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms or applicable law.
9. Links to Other Sites and Outside Services
The Service may link to, or connect with, websites, applications, or services that third parties run. They are there for your convenience. We do not control or endorse them, and we take no responsibility for them.
You use any third-party website or service at your own risk, and its owner's own terms and privacy practices may apply; we suggest reading them. Your dealings with third parties, advertisers and payment providers included, are a matter between you and them alone.
10. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. How we collect and use personal data through the Service is set out in our Privacy Policy, and that policy is part of these Terms.
We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organizational measures. We keep it only as long as the purposes in our Privacy Policy need, and as long as applicable law requires.
The law where you live may give you rights over your personal data. These can include the right to access, correct, delete, or port it, to object to or restrict some processing, to opt out of some sharing or sale of personal information, and to be free from discrimination for using any of these rights. Our Privacy Policy explains more, or you can contact us to use any right you have.
11. No Warranties
As far as applicable law allows, we provide the Service as is and as available, with all its faults, and without any warranty, whether express, implied, or statutory.
RobotTraining.jobs and its licensors and suppliers disclaim every such warranty. That includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, as well as any warranty that comes from a course of dealing or usage of trade. We make no warranty that the Service will meet your needs, that it will run without interruption, securely, or without errors, that defects will be fixed, or that content or results you get through it will be accurate or reliable.
Content and information on the Service, all or part of which may be generated, curated, or automated, are for general information only. None of it is professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or any other regulated advice), and it is no substitute for advice from a qualified professional, so do not rely on it that way. You use any content or material from the Service at your own discretion and risk, and the decisions you make based on it are your responsibility.
In some jurisdictions certain warranties cannot be excluded, so parts of the exclusions above may not apply to you. Where that is so, any warranty that cannot be excluded is limited as far as applicable law permits.
12. Limits on Our Liability
As far as applicable law allows:
- Neither RobotTraining.jobs nor its affiliates, nor any of their owners, directors, employees, or agents, will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill or other intangible losses, that arise from or relate to your use of the Service or your inability to use it. This holds even if we were told such damages were possible.
- For all claims arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms combined, our liability is capped at whichever is greater: what you paid us for the Service (if anything) in the period before the event behind the claim, or the minimum amount applicable law requires.
These limits apply whatever legal theory a claim relies on, and they are an essential basis of the agreement between you and RobotTraining.jobs.
These Terms do not exclude or limit any liability that applicable law says cannot be excluded or limited. Examples are liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, liability for fraud, and any other liability the law does not let us limit.
13. Indemnity
Where applicable law permits, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RobotTraining.jobs, its affiliates, and each of their owners, directors, employees, and agents against any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (reasonable legal fees included) that arises from or is connected in any way with:
- how you access or use the Service;
- Your Content, or anything else you submit through the Service;
- any breach by you of these Terms or of applicable law; or
- any violation by you of a third party's rights.
We may choose to take over the exclusive defense and control of any matter you would otherwise have to indemnify us for, and if we do, you agree to cooperate with us. This section continues to apply after these Terms end.
14. Ending or Suspending Access
You can stop using the Service whenever you want, and if you have an account, you can close it in the way described above.
At any time, with or without notice, we may suspend, restrict, or end all or part of your access to the Service where we reasonably think it appropriate. Examples include a breach of these Terms or applicable law, use that puts the Service or other people at risk, or a decision by us to discontinue the Service or one of its features.
When access ends, so does your right to use the Service. Any provision of these Terms that by its nature should outlast termination will do so, including the provisions on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution. After termination, we may delete or keep information as these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable law provide.
15. Applicable Law and Disputes
The laws in force where RobotTraining.jobs is established govern these Terms and any dispute that arises from or relates to them or the Service, without applying conflict-of-laws principles. This is subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you where you live.
If a dispute comes up, you agree to contact us first and try to settle it informally before any formal proceeding, and we will work with you in good faith to settle it. A dispute that is still open after a reasonable time goes exclusively to the competent courts where RobotTraining.jobs is established, unless applicable law lets you bring proceedings somewhere else.
Where applicable law allows, you and RobotTraining.jobs agree to resolve any dispute individually, not through a class or representative action. This section does not stop either side from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief where that relief is available.
16. When These Terms Change
We may revise these Terms now and then, for example when the Service, our business practices, or legal requirements change. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know, such as publishing the new Terms with a revised effective date, or by another appropriate method.
A change applies from the moment it is posted, or from a later date we name. If you keep accessing or using the Service once a change applies, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service.
17. General Provisions
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the policies they refer to make up the whole agreement between you and RobotTraining.jobs about the Service, and they take the place of any earlier agreement on that subject.
- Severability. If a provision is held unenforceable, every other provision stays fully in force, and the unenforceable one still applies as far as applicable law permits.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You need our written consent in advance to assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign them, for example as part of a merger, an acquisition, or a sale of assets.
- No agency. Nothing in these Terms makes you and RobotTraining.jobs partners, joint venturers, employer and employee, or principal and agent.
- Force majeure. We are not responsible when causes beyond our reasonable control make us fail or delay in meeting our obligations.
- Notices. We may send you notices through the Service or to the contact details linked to your account. Get in touch with us whenever you need to.
