Mostly. TSMG is a registered Warsaw company led by its founder, Taras Kopot, and says it has run paid driving and data projects since 2017. But its AV and robotics postings rarely state pay or name the client you would work for. You usually learn the rate, the client and your contract type only after applying. Work runs as fixed-length projects, and some deals are contractor agreements where you pay your own taxes and insurance. It pays Pay not published on most openings.

Who is behind it

TSMG (Terry Soot Management Group) says it began in Europe in 2017. TSMG Holding sp. z o.o., registered in Warsaw in 2021 (KRS 0000910376), owns TS Management Group sp. z o.o. (KRS 0000727460). Founder Taras Kopot is board president and holds 99% of the holding. Its site also lists TSMG Americas Inc. in Toronto and Service Measure LLC in New York. Its case studies keep clients anonymous; Clutch reviewers include Cognizant staff.

Getting paid

Terms vary by country. US company-car mapping driver posts (read October 28, 2026) offer a W-2 contract at $15 to $18 an hour; Madrid driver posts, a full-time employment contract paid hourly in euros. A Japan ADAS job pays contractors monthly by bank transfer after the 20th of the next month. Most AV and robotics posts list no rate.

Fake TSMG recruiters

We found no documented scams using TSMG's name. Its real openings sit on jobs.lever.co/tsmg and its site is tsmg.io; US driving posts may also carry the name Service Measure. TSMG sp. z o.o., a Polish freight firm, is a different company. The FTC says job offers that arrive by text, WhatsApp or Telegram, or ask you to pay, are scams.

What people praise

  • A field data collector in Dorsten, Germany (Glassdoor, August 2024) praised the flexible schedule, the chance of extra hours, good pay and a well-kept car and kit.
  • The Madrid AV test driver posting offers a paid 4-week training course in the US, with travel and accommodation covered, and describes a stable, long-term role.
  • US mapping drivers carry no vehicle costs: TSMG provides the car and pays for fuel, and productive drivers can earn performance bonuses.

What people complain about

  • Most AV and robotics postings on TSMG's Lever board show no pay range (read October 28, 2026), and its New York safety driver posting names no rate and no client.
  • The only Indeed review (a data collector, August 2025) says there was no real training, so you learn as you go, and that supervisors can be hard on staff without doing the field work themselves.
  • Glassdoor's lowest review, a 1-star from July 2021 headlined 'Fraudsters', says the company cheated; the details sit behind a sign-in wall. Most of its 28 reviews are positive.
  • The Japan driving job was an independent contractor agreement, not employment: you cover your own taxes and personal insurance, and a 30-day notice period applies.
Who it suits

Best for: Licensed drivers with a clean record (safety driver roles want 5 years of driving, not AV experience) and people fine with repetitive hands-on robot or camera tasks who can commit to an on-site project. Not for: Anyone who needs the hourly rate and the client's name before applying, wants a permanent job with steady hours, or cannot pass background, driving record and drug checks.

Honest catches

  • Pay here is stated by the employer, not measured live from a job feed, so treat it as a benchmark rather than a guaranteed rate.
