Robot hiring radar licence
Version of 29 Oct 2026
For the one firm that subscribes, to use inside that firm for twelve months: never resold, passed on or published beyond it. What the subscription holds is on the Robot hiring radar page, and our Terms of Service also apply to your use of the site.
1. Who this licence is between
This licence is an agreement between O-mega Enterprise, Inc., which operates RobotTraining.jobs ("RobotTraining.jobs", "we", "us") and the single company, firm or other organisation that subscribes to the Robot hiring radar ("you", "your firm"). It sets out who may use the Robot hiring radar data and how: every file, every row and every figure in them, whether they reach you through the links we send, as a sample, or through a data marketplace.
If you buy through a data marketplace, that marketplace's own terms also cover the purchase and the payment. Who may use the data, and for what, is set by this licence.
2. Who may use the data
Your firm, and no one else: the one legal entity that subscribes. Inside it, your employees, and individual contractors bound to keep your firm's information confidential, may use the data for your firm's own work.
No one beyond your firm is covered. That includes your parent company, your subsidiaries and your other affiliates, as well as your clients, your investors and the companies you invest in. Each of them needs a subscription of its own, or a written agreement with us that names it.
3. What your firm may do
- Use the data for its own research and its own investment and business decisions.
- Load it into its own systems, models, spreadsheets and dashboards, and combine it with its other data for those purposes.
- Produce internal analyses, reports and decisions from it, for people inside your firm.
- Keep copies of the files on its own systems for as long as the licence runs.
4. What your firm may not do
- Sell, resell, license, sublicense, rent, lend or in any other way transfer the data or any part of it.
- Share, send, publish or give access to the data, whole or in part, as delivered, altered or combined with other data, to anyone outside your firm.
- Hand on the links or keys we send you, or let anyone outside your firm use them.
- Use the data to build, train, improve or offer a product or service that supplies job, hiring or labour-market data to others, such as datasets, feeds, indices, reports or AI models offered to third parties.
- Publish figures taken or worked out from the data outside your firm (in research notes, client reports, investor letters, the press or online) without our written permission first.
- Strip out the dates or notices the files carry.
5. How long it lasts, and what happens after
The licence for a subscription runs for twelve months from the day your access begins. Each renewal starts a new twelve months.
If the licence ends and is not renewed, the links stop working, your firm stops using the files, and it deletes its copies within 30 days. The internal analyses and decisions your firm made while the licence ran remain its own, provided they do not contain the data or allow it to be rebuilt.
6. The sample
The sample is for the firm that asked for it, to decide whether to subscribe. Its links work for 14 days. Sections 2 and 4 apply to it in full, so it may not be shared or published outside your firm. If your firm does not subscribe, it deletes the sample once the links stop working.
7. Who owns the data
We compiled the Robot hiring radar, and the files and the database they are built from are ours. This licence gives your firm the right to use them as set out here; it transfers ownership of nothing. The job postings themselves belong to the employers that published them.
8. What the data is, and what it is not
The data is read from job boards that anyone can open without signing in, using the method described on the Robot hiring radar page. It contains no contact details or other personal information about individuals. We correct the errors we find, and each file states when it was built, but we do not promise that the data is complete or free of errors, and nothing in it is investment advice.
9. If the licence is broken
If your firm breaks section 4, we may end its access straight away, with no refund, and your firm remains responsible for the harm caused, including through any copy a third party received. Tell us as soon as you learn of a breach, and help us get any copy outside your firm removed.
10. Liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability to your firm for anything arising from the Robot hiring radar or this licence is capped at what your firm paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits. Nothing here limits a liability the law does not allow to be limited, or your firm's responsibility under section 9.
11. Law, disputes and changes
The law that governs our Terms of Service also governs this licence, and disputes about it go to the same courts.
If we change this licence, the new version carries a new date. Your firm's subscription keeps the version that was in force on the day it began or was last renewed.
