DoorDash Labs

DoorDash Labs is DoorDash's robotics and automation team. It builds Dot, a delivery robot, and flies delivery drones as DoorDash Air. Its operations roles are hands-on: robot operations specialists test, deploy and log new robot capabilities, senior operations associates lead teams of operators, and drone crews work as UAS flight test operators, ground support operators and line-of-sight FPV pilots in field testing. Regional drone teams in Fort Worth and Charlotte hire operations specialists to run the local crew day to day. All roles are on-site.
