For robotics companies
Field technicians and operators for robots on customer sites, found and checked.
We find field technicians and operators for robot fleets (delivery robots, warehouse and site robots, robotaxi depots), check each against your brief and introduce the ones who said yes. You hire them yourself and pay only for the people you accept.
The work
Keep robots running on customer sites and in depots: swap batteries, clean and inspect, fix simple faults, recover stuck robots and report what fails.
What we check
Hands-on technical experience, comfort with tools and diagnostics, the site's city, shifts and travel, and what your own screening asks.
Where they come from
People looking for hands-on robot work apply through us; for each brief we also reach technicians who are not job hunting, one at a time.
Every open role of this kind, read from the employers' own job boards every day: Delivery robot jobs.
How it works
From your brief to the people you accept
Describe the people you need
The work (teleoperation, data collection, annotation, safety driving, drone flights), the city or country, shifts, equipment or licences, how many people and by when. A short chat or an email does it.
We measure the pool first
Before anyone is contacted: how many people with that profile live near your site or can work online, what similar robot roles pay elsewhere, and what tends to trip this profile up at screening.
We find and check them
First the people already applying for robot work through us, then people who are not job hunting, contacted one at a time. Each profile is checked against your brief, and each person is asked about your role.
You pick from a shortlist
Only people who match the brief and agreed, each with the reason they match. Your own screening has the final word, and you are charged only for the people you accept.
Pricing
Per person you accept
A fee for each person you accept, set per brief by how hard the profile is to find. The brief, the sizing and the shortlist are free, and there are no listing or posting fees.
