For robotics companies
Drone pilots and flight operators, found with the certificate your operation needs.
We find drone pilots, flight operators and ground crew for delivery, inspection and test operations, check each against your brief (FAA Part 107 certificate, flight hours, location) and introduce the ones who said yes. You hire them yourself and pay only for the people you accept.
The work
Fly and monitor drones, launch and recover them, load and handle packages, run pre-flight checks and keep operations logs at delivery and test sites.
What we check
The FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate where the work needs it, flight hours, the site's city, the shifts, and what your own screening asks.
Where they come from
People looking for drone work apply through us, and drone programs and pilot communities share our lists; for each brief we also reach pilots who are not job hunting, one at a time.
Every open role of this kind, read from the employers' own job boards every day: Drone operator jobs.
How it works
From your brief to the people you accept
Describe the people you need
The work (teleoperation, data collection, annotation, safety driving, drone flights), the city or country, shifts, equipment or licences, how many people and by when. A short chat or an email does it.
We measure the pool first
Before anyone is contacted: how many people with that profile live near your site or can work online, what similar robot roles pay elsewhere, and what tends to trip this profile up at screening.
We find and check them
First the people already applying for robot work through us, then people who are not job hunting, contacted one at a time. Each profile is checked against your brief, and each person is asked about your role.
You pick from a shortlist
Only people who match the brief and agreed, each with the reason they match. Your own screening has the final word, and you are charged only for the people you accept.
Pricing
Per person you accept
A fee for each person you accept, set per brief by how hard the profile is to find. The brief, the sizing and the shortlist are free, and there are no listing or posting fees.

Questions
What employers ask us
What does it cost to hire drone pilots and flight operators through you?
A fee for each person you accept, set per brief by how hard the profile is to find. The brief, the sizing and the shortlist are free, and there are no listing or posting fees.
Are you a staffing agency?
No. We introduce people who match your brief and said yes to your role; you hire or contract them yourself, under your own terms, and your own screening has the final word.

Tell us who you need
A short chat: the role, the city or country, the shifts and how many people. We come back with how many fit and which of them want it.
We find the people
We find and assess the teleoperators, data collectors, test drivers or drone pilots your work needs and introduce the ones who said yes. You contract them yourself.
A fee per person you accept.
We run the project
We staff, run, check and deliver the robot data you need (filmed tasks, teleoperation sessions, labeled robot video), with people from our own network.
Priced per project.
