For robotics companies

Robot operators and teleoperators, found and checked against your brief.

We find robot operators and teleoperators for your robots, check each against your brief (controller or VR experience, shifts, location) and introduce the ones who said yes. You hire them yourself and pay a fee only for the people you accept.

How sourcing works

The work

Teleoperate humanoids and robot arms by VR headset, leader arm or gamepad, record demonstrations, take over when autonomy hands back, and keep robots running through their shifts.

What we check

Experience with VR, games or controllers, steady hands on long sessions, the shifts and nights your robot time needs, distance from your site or a remote setup, and what your own screening asks.

Where they come from

People looking for teleoperation work find us through search and AI assistants and apply through us; for each brief we also reach people who are not job hunting, one at a time.

Every open role of this kind, read from the employers' own job boards every day: Robot operator jobs.

How it works

From your brief to the people you accept

  1. Describe the people you need

The work (teleoperation, data collection, annotation, safety driving, drone flights), the city or country, shifts, equipment or licences, how many people and by when. A short chat or an email does it.

  2. We measure the pool first

Before anyone is contacted: how many people with that profile live near your site or can work online, what similar robot roles pay elsewhere, and what tends to trip this profile up at screening.

  3. We find and check them

First the people already applying for robot work through us, then people who are not job hunting, contacted one at a time. Each profile is checked against your brief, and each person is asked about your role.

  4. You pick from a shortlist

Only people who match the brief and agreed, each with the reason they match. Your own screening has the final word, and you are charged only for the people you accept.

Pricing

Per person you accept

A fee for each person you accept, set per brief by how hard the profile is to find. The brief, the sizing and the shortlist are free, and there are no listing or posting fees.

Questions

What employers ask us

What does it cost to hire robot operators and teleoperators through you?

A fee for each person you accept, set per brief by how hard the profile is to find. The brief, the sizing and the shortlist are free, and there are no listing or posting fees.

Are you a staffing agency?

No. We introduce people who match your brief and said yes to your role; you hire or contract them yourself, under your own terms, and your own screening has the final word.

Tell us who you need

A short chat: the role, the city or country, the shifts and how many people. We come back with how many fit and which of them want it.

We find the people

We find and assess the teleoperators, data collectors, test drivers or drone pilots your work needs and introduce the ones who said yes. You contract them yourself.

A fee per person you accept.

We run the project

We staff, run, check and deliver the robot data you need (filmed tasks, teleoperation sessions, labeled robot video), with people from our own network.

Priced per project.
