Flambra
Flambra began in 2022 as a Brazilian advertising and content-production company and now collects first-person video and real-world data for AI and robotics companies. You film real tasks from your routine or your job (washing dishes, folding clothes, changing a tire, preparing food at work) with your phone on a headband, showing only your hands, and record through the Minute Data app. Every hour that passes its quality review becomes balance.

Is Flambra legit?
Researched October 2026 · 8 sourcesMostly. Flambra is a registered Goiânia company (founded 2022) with published terms and rates, and answered most earlier Reclame Aqui complaints, but late-October 2026 complainants report unpaid hours and blocked accounts, still unanswered. The main risk is being paid for hours you recorded: its terms let it reduce or remove hours shown as approved until paid and hold all pending pay during a fraud check, and October 2026 complainants report hours unpaid after two pay cycles. It pays R$12.50 per approved hour; R$22.50 on featured tasks.

Flambra is FLAMBRA MEDIA LTDA (CNPJ 59.524.963/0001-37) of Goiânia, Goiás. It says it began in 2022 in advertising and content production and now sells first-person video datasets to AI and robotics teams; in September 2026 it said it had collected 1 million hours in Latin America. Its terms say the buyer is a US company it keeps confidential; you record in the Minute app, whose privacy policy names Figure AI Inc. as data controller.
Its sign-up page (October 28, 2026) shows R$12.50 per approved hour and R$22.50 on 21 featured tasks, but its terms call published rates a ceiling, not a promise: your rate, and whether Flambra or a regional partner pays you, must be given to you in writing before you record. Approved hours are paid by Pix in cycles it sets.
App Store (Brazil), Minute Data recording app 3.0/5 (448 ratings). Read October 2026.
Brazil: its terms (revision 8, September 10, 2026) require living in Brazil, though its sign-up page says Brazil and Latin America; its pages are in Portuguese and Spanish. You need a phone from its list of 37 supported iPhone and Galaxy models and your own head mount: Flambra does not send one.
We found no documented scam using Flambra's name as of October 28, 2026. Joining is free, and its terms bar its regional partners from charging any fee, deposit or purchase, and ask you to report one that does to legal@flambra.com. Sign up only at app.flambra.com; the one thing you buy is a head mount, which Flambra does not send.
What people praise
- It publishes its legal name, CNPJ and address in dated terms (revision 8, September 2026) and a privacy policy, with an email for data and payment questions.
- Its terms promise the rate per approved hour, the payment method and the payment deadline in writing before your first recording, and say a rate change applies only to future recordings.
- Its guide says recordings are reviewed within 72 hours and a rejected one comes back with the reason so you can film it again, with human support on WhatsApp.
What people complain about
- Its Reclame Aqui page has no reputation score yet (not verified, under 10 rated complaints); from April to September 2026 it answered 91.7% of 24 complaints, in 11 days 13 hours on average.
- Complainants in late October 2026 report recorded hours still unpaid after two payment cycles, and that Flambra did not answer their attempts to contact it.
- One reports a Minute account blocked despite a 99% approval rate; another says their Flambra account was banned while R$491.00 was owed to them.
- Another says 72 minutes recorded in mid-October 2026 were never counted or paid.
What has gone wrong
- October 2026. Between about October 23 and 28, 2026, five complaints reached Flambra's Reclame Aqui page: hours unpaid after two payment cycles, videos not counted, accounts blocked (one at 99% approval, one owed R$491.00) and no reply to contact. On October 28 all five were unanswered; we read their titles and previews, not the full complaints.
Best for: Adults living in Brazil, which its terms require, with one of its 37 accepted iPhone or Galaxy models and a head mount, who can film real chores or work tasks and wait for its payment cycles. Not for: Anyone who needs dependable income: its page shows R$3,000 a month, but its terms promise no minimum tasks or earnings, and October 2026 complainants report hours unpaid after two payment cycles.
Honest catches
- Pay here is stated by the employer, not measured live from a job feed, so treat it as a benchmark rather than a guaranteed rate.
