For employers
Get your robot roles listed, free
RobotTraining.jobs reads the public job boards of robotics, self-driving, drone and robot data companies every day and lists the roles people apply to without an engineering degree. If yours are missing, send us the address of your job board: there is nothing to post, no account and no fee, and applicants apply on your own site.
What we read today
Systems we already read
If your roles live on one of these, all we need is the address of your public board. The count is how many employers we read on each one today.

How it works
From your board to job seekers
- 1. You send the address. Your public job board, careers page or job feed, and the company name.
- 2. We add your board. We reply within two working days, and your matching roles show after the next daily read. Each one gets its own page with the work, the pay and who can apply, and appears in search on the board, in the weekly job email and in the feeds other job sites take from us.
- 3. People apply on your site. The Apply button opens your own posting. Closed roles drop off at the next read.
Want a role in front of more people? You can feature it for 30 days. Looking for people rather than applicants? We find them for you.
Questions
What employers ask
What does it cost?
Nothing. RobotTraining.jobs lists the roles it reads from employers' public job boards at no cost and takes no fee for applications. The only paid option is featuring a role at the top of the board's pages and its weekly email, which you never need for a listing.
Which roles do you list?
Roles a person can do without an engineering degree: robot operators and teleoperators, people who record everyday tasks on video for robot learning, robot data annotators, self-driving test and safety operators, drone pilots, delivery robot operators and robot fleet technicians. Engineering, research, office and sales roles on the same board are left out by our screen.
Where do people apply?
On your own site. Each role has a page with us that explains the work, the pay and who can apply, and its Apply button opens your posting. We never collect applications for your roles unless you ask us to.
How fast do changes show?
We read every listed board every day. A new role appears after the next read, and a role you close drops off at the next read, so the board never shows a job you filled.
Our applicant tracking system is not on your list. Can you still read it?
Often, yes. Send us your careers page address or a job feed (many systems give you an XML feed for job boards; in Zoho Recruit, for example, it is Request New Job Board under Job Board Hub) and we tell you within two working days whether we can read it.
Can we remove our roles?
Yes, write to us and we stop reading your board the same day.
Write to hello@robottraining.jobs with your job board address.
