About the role
About the Role: At TELUS Digital, we are teaching robots to move with human-like skill. As a Robot Teleoperator in our AI Community, you are at the forefront of Physical AI. You will control robots remotely and record wearable-sensor demonstrations of everyday tasks, creating the real-world data that teaches robots to fold, sort, pack, and handle objects safely and reliably. At TELUS, you are helping our community give AI a truly human touch.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform teleoperated demonstrations of household and workplace tasks (folding, sorting, packing, tidying, object handling) following detailed collection protocols.
- Complete wearable-capture sessions using smart glasses, hand-tracking sensors, or handheld devices when required.
- Review your own recordings, flag failed or incomplete attempts, and re-record to meet quality standards.
- Report hardware, latency, and synchronization issues so collection setups keep improving.
- Provide feedback on task design and the usability of capture tools.
