Robotics Pilot

HireArt is helping a global leader in AI development find Robotics Pilots to support the collection of high-quality data used to train next-generation AI and robotics models. In this role, you'll work hands-on with robotic arms to perform repetitive manipulation tasks and collect and organize training data.

You'll also support engineers and researchers by monitoring data quality, maintaining lab equipment, and helping improve day-to-day data collection processes. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on tasks for extended periods. You have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and are able to stay focused and consistent throughout an 8-hour shift.

This is a specialized, temporary role focused on natural interactions in everyday scenarios, rather than solely operating as a robot pilot. Duration is about 4 weeks, could be longer. Available Shifts: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM or 4:30PM-1AMAs a Robotics Pilot, you'll: Operate robotic arms to perform tasks such as sorting, assembling, and moving everyday objects.

Capture and label data, including video, sensor readings, and 3D scans, for AI and robotics training. Monitor data quality, identify issues, and communicate findings to the appropriate team members. Maintain lab hardware and equipment while supporting safe and efficient daily operations.
