Delete your RobotTraining.jobs account

How to delete it

1. Email hello@robottraining.jobs from the email address you use to sign in, with “Delete my account” as the subject. A message from that address is our proof that the account belongs to you.
2. Within 30 days we remove the account and everything listed below, then email you to confirm it is done.

What gets deleted

• The account itself and the way you sign in.
• Your profile, along with any LinkedIn profile stored with it.
• Saved job checks and the weekly jobs email.
• If you joined the candidate pool: your pool details and the history of requests sent to you.
• Reminder emails about jobs you clicked Apply on.
• If you joined paid projects with us: your place on the project bench, the projects you were matched with or invited to, and the work you logged on them.

What we keep

Just the records below, each for the stated reason. Everything else is gone once the deletion is done.

• Your email address, on our do-not-email list, so that no further email from us reaches you.
• If you were paid for project work with us: the payments themselves (amounts, the hours they covered and their dates), held as a tax record for the period the law sets and separated from the rest of your profile, plus any tax details you supplied to be paid, where the law obliges us to hold them.
• If our referral program paid you: the record of those payments, which the law also obliges us to hold.
• Any contract you signed with us, kept as a legal record.

Removing just part of your data

You can keep the account and still clear your profile, step out of the candidate pool or leave the project bench from your workspace, and any email can be stopped through the unsubscribe link at the bottom. Leaving the bench ends new project invitations, while your past project records stay until the account itself is deleted. Our privacy policy sets out what we hold and the reasons.
